REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong decision.

Where the goods contain faults, have been incorrectly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.

Products need to be returned in the original packaging in unused/unopened condition.

Please return to Twizzle Designs within 30 days of purchase, along with a copy of your tax invoice.

We suggest adding tracking on your return parcel because we can't be responsible if your parcel is lost in transit.

Any shipping costs on exchanged items are at your expense, except where the goods are faulty, when we will provide a pre-paid postage label for the return of the item/s.

Note that wear and tear once you receive your product is not covered.
