REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully. We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all of our quality products but we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. Please note that the Lifetime guarantee, where offered, is the same process.

Where the goods contain faults, have been incorrectly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit within the Guarantee time limit (30 days or Lifetime - depending on the product).

Any product/s that need to be returned must be sent back in the original packaging in unused/unopened condition.

Please return to Twizzle Designs within 30 days of purchase, along with a copy of your receipt (email) which you received when ordering.

Please contact Customer Care at hello@TwizzleDesigns.com.au for instructions on how to return any faulty item because we need to send you a form. This ensures we can pay the return postage for you.

We also suggest adding tracking on your return parcel because unfortunately we can't be responsible if your parcel is lost in return transit.

Any shipping costs, for other items, are at your expense except where the goods are faulty.

Please note that wear and tear once you receive your product is not covered by our standard 30-day and Lifetime product guarantees.
