REFUND POLICY




Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision.


Where the goods contain faults, have been incorrectly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit.

Please be aware that we normally don't refund the original delivery costs or pay for the return postage except where the goods are faulty. If faulty, we will provide Return Paid details to you, for the return of the item/s to Twizzle Designs.

Products, that are returned, need to be returned in the original packaging in unused/unopened condition.

Please email the details of your return of faulty products to Twizzle Designs asap (within 30 days of purchase) with a copy of your tax invoice (Twizzle Designs email) - to the email address below - so we can help you to return your parcel.

We suggest adding tracking on your return parcel because we can't be responsible if it is lost in transit.

Wear and tear once you receive your product is not covered by our warranty.
