Shipping Information

We want to make sure you are happy with our shipping, so we would like to let you know the following:

We use fully household-compostable postage packs and boxes, which can be recycled in your compost or worm farm (the worms will happily munch through them). Hero Packaging, an Australian company, have shared with us that their post satchels will compost in less time than an orange peel - which is about 6 months. The packs are made of cornstarch and cassava.

For many items, we will send your order in a box made of recycled materials, which is also fully recyclable. These are also compostable, you can reuse them, or use them on your garden beds for mulch.  We also use compostable water based sticky tape, labels, and recyclable packing materials, when they are required.

We aim to pack and get your order on the way and into the post in no more than two business days from when we receive it.

Australia Post is sometimes experiencing some delays with deliveries during busy times - but they currently aim to deliver Australia wide as follows:  Brisbane metro - 3 to 5 days, rest of Australia metro - 4 to 8 days, Country areas Qld - 5-9 days. (July 2023). Times may vary during the Christmas period and public holidays.

Twizzle Designs provides tracking on our parcels, via Australia Post, so you can keep informed re your delivery. Please note that "large letter" boxes/satchels don't include tracking. Thank you in advance for you patience when times are challenging.
